Destination Vendée Grand LittoralThe house is ideally located just 150 meters from Boisvinet beach, but also:
1 km or 15 minutes walk from the port and its many restaurants via a path along the coast;
1 km or 15 minutes walk from the town center and its shops: 3 bakeries, mini-market, butcher's/delicatessen, cellars and many boutiques and other shops;
1 km from the market (every Monday morning).
The house is located on the edge of the forest and a 15-minute walk from the town centre and the marina.
Here, the beach is partially rocky at low tide, making it a great place for shore fishing enthusiasts.
When the sea rises, you can swim there or take out your sailing equipment on windy days since the beach is also a starting point for windsurfing, kite-surfing, wing-foiling, etc.
The coast towards Saint-Vincent-sur-Jard is wild and a pleasant path along the coast allows you to reach the Maison de Clémenceau on foot in 25 minutes, with many viewpoints from the top of the cliffs.
To explore Jard and its surroundings a little further, if you can, there is nothing better than cycling along the cycle paths that will take you to the Plage de la Mine, to Veillon via the marshes, to Les Sables d'Olonne via the Vélodysée or to La Tranche-sur-Mer.
During your stay, you can easily leave your car on site and get around on foot or by bike.
